Thridhaa Yoga & Nature Cure Wellness Centre has been serving since 2006 — guiding over 500 people toward medicine-free lives through the power of the five elements.
Triveni Anantharama has dedicated over 25 years to the study and practice of natural healing, pulse diagnosis, and traditional energy medicine. Her deep conviction is simple: the body knows how to heal itself — it only needs the right conditions and guidance.
Having treated more than 500 individuals without a single prescription or pharmaceutical product, Triveni has built a reputation as a compassionate, meticulous healer who listens first — and heals through the intelligence of nature.
Her training spans multiple disciplines — from acupuncture and acupressure to pulse and tongue diagnosis, colotherapy, and Traditional Energy Medicine — giving her a uniquely holistic lens through which she identifies the root imbalance in every patient.
In 2006, she founded Thridhaa Yoga & Nature Cure Wellness Centre in Bangalore to bring this healing to more people — rooted in ancient wisdom, guided by nature, and committed to a truly medicine-free approach to health.
The name Thridhaa is not just a brand — it is a philosophy. It represents the three paths, the three forces, and the three energies that govern all of existence and health.
Triveni's training spans multiple healing disciplines — each adding a new layer of depth to her diagnostic and therapeutic practice.
Everything we do flows from a single belief — nature has the power to heal. Our role is to create the conditions for that healing to happen.
From the first consultation to over 500 lives transformed — this is the story of Thridhaa.
Triveni Anantharama begins her formal training in naturopathy, yoga, pulse diagnosis, and traditional energy medicine — driven by a conviction that nature, not pharmaceuticals, holds the true key to lasting health.
Thridhaa Yoga & Nature Cure Wellness Centre opens in Babusapalya, Bangalore. The name — meaning "three paths" — reflects the holistic philosophy: Satva, Rajas, and Tamas. The centre begins treating patients through the five elements.
Through pulse diagnosis, elemental therapies, and personalised nutrition programmes, Thridhaa builds a growing community of patients who achieve medicine-free lives across a wide range of chronic conditions — digestive, respiratory, cardiac, and more.
Structured residential programmes — 11, 21, and 31 days — are introduced to provide deeper, immersive healing experiences. Hydrocolon therapy, advanced breathwork, and therapeutic nutrition become pillars of the centre's approach.
More than 500 individuals have now healed without medicine at Thridhaa. The centre continues to grow — guided by the same founding principle: that nature is the mother of all healing, and every body carries within it the power to restore itself.
